Azin Naghibi

Azin Naghibi is an Iranian-born Australian, human rights advocate and environmental campaigner, recognised for her leadership in uniting multicultural communities against extremism and ideological hate. She has been instrumental in building alliances between Jewish, Hindu, Iranian, and Druze minority groups to combat intolerance and radicalism. Azin’s advocacy is deeply informed by her personal journey as an Iranian refugee. She has been a vocal proponent for the Australian government to designate the Iranian Regime's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organisation, highlighting the growing threat of foreign interference and radicalisation on Australian soil.
