Roz Mendelle

Founder and Director

Roz Mendelle is an Israeli-Australian communications professional and community advocate dedicated to strengthening social cohesion and combating extremism.


Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a major in African Studies, Roz combines an academic grounding in culture and community resilience with over ten years of experience supporting community organisations and businesses to tell their stories and shape their strategic communications.


As co-founder of the Queensland Jewish Collective and the Minority Impact Coalition, Roz has played a key role in uniting Jewish, Hindu, Iranian, and other minority communities to stand against Antisemitism, Hinduphobia, and imported hate.


In recognition of her work, Roz was awarded the prestigious Gargi Award in 2025 by the Hindu Council of Australia for her outstanding contribution to fighting Antisemitism and Hinduphobia.


A passionate advocate for marginalised voices, Roz continues to be a leading voice in fostering inclusive dialogue and supporting diverse communities.
