Hesam Orouji is an Iranian-Australian community advocate and Brisbane-based leader of the Iran Novin Party. He works to amplify the voices of Iranian refugees and exiles who oppose the Islamic Republic of Iran and seek democratic reform.

As former Director of Facilities and Public Events for the Iranian Society of Queensland (ISQLD), Hesam was instrumental in organising cultural events and fostering community engagement. He also collaborates with Jewish community leaders to address shared concerns about extremism and social division.

Hesam’s advocacy is driven by a commitment to democratic values, minority rights, and the promotion of social cohesion within Australia’s multicultural society.
